The Black Tower is the place where the Asha'man are trained. It is located in Andor.
It is not an actual tower like the White Tower. By the beginning of Crossroads of Twilight, it consists of a number of stone barracks buildings, a village that has grown up around it, and a black wall(still under construction)that surrounds it.
