Headwoman

The Headwoman, in full, Headwoman of the Lower Caverns, is the woman in charge of the day-to-day running of a Weyr. She keeps watch on the Weyr's supplies and reports any shortages to the Weyrwoman and is in charge of the maintance staff. She also plays a significant role in the fostering system.
