A Journeyman is a Craftsman who has learned the basic tennents of his craft, and the lowest rank considered competent for independent work, and may train apprentices. Like a Master, he may work under contract for a Holder or Lord Holder. Minor Holders may be unable to afford a Master, or they may have one (or more) Masters and a few Journeymen, in which case the Journeymen are subject to their Master's authority.
